I no longer wanted to make images.

I wanted to discover how images speak to one another.

Fragments from different places and different times began to find each other.Photographs.Japanese prints.Butterflies.Ceramics.Landscapes.People.Memories.

The black lines were never meant as decoration.They became pathways —routes along which one image could travel into another.

Looking back, I realize I wasn't making collages.I was drawing relationships.
